Accepting This One

Here Now...yes, it's always that:  Here Now... 
Accepting this one...right here, right now as you read, relaxing the body open, let the image of the screen, that you are reading this on, flow 'in' towards you while you relax any energy in you in being 'out there' on the screen...let it come to you... let these words float 'in' to Be With you now.

This is it, accepting this one is Being With this one, falling in with this one. I call it falling in love...the true falling in love - with you first, then the rest follows.

This one, this 'you' that represents Existence itSelf exactly as you.  Settling into this is the acceptance....the whole of Existence accepts you, so why not you too?!? 

Because we are human, there is no getting away from all of the aspects of humanity. There is no getting away from this part of Existence (you) that you are here to Be With and explore.  This is the adventure we call life!

In this way, you open to all that is simultaneously.  I know you have heard this from me before, and, it is true. Opening to this one that you are, opens you to This One, this Oneness, that we are all a part of.



When things feel uncomfortable and you dont like it, settle into it rather than attempting to change it.  Except for things like: a stick is sticking into your ankle...that sort of thing, of course, remove the stick.  
Other discomforts though, that do not have a solution that you can find, go towards them, lean into them, lean open to them.  Let them 'have' you...

This is what this Satsang is all about - supporting you to exactly that.  It is not easy, I agree with you, and, I know you can be with whatever is happening because you already are with it.  
If you are curious, if you feel disbelief, if you feel your heart beating faster, or if you have simply had enough of some sort of on-going discomfort...please bring it to Satsang, allow this one (Canela Michelle) to support you to open to it - perhaps in a different way than you have before.  Find out what Love is actually saying, (you will hear it from yourself, not Canela) find what Existence is inviting, through you yourself.  I support you to find this, you are the one that will know.  No one else can give that to you...only you in opening to you will hear the message - I can support you to hear that clearly...to know that clearly.  You are invited.
