What to do with these old used up energies that no one wants and that keep effecting the human collective adversely in ways that hurt?

Well, Love/Source made you the potential recycling depot - if you choose to open in that direction.  
Transformation of the unwanted energies into something new and supportive sounds really good, right?  Otherwise the old energies just go around and around, both within yourself and also within humanity.

This process of recycling the energies supports your life to become more delicious and also affects all of humanity - each person will find it easier to do the same...your actual action of recycling deepens the energetic pathway - making it easier to find and journey with.

We know the pathways of habits. One of the biggest habits of people is to try to 'get rid of' what they don't like to feel - shame, guilt, rejection, loss...the list is long.  

However, we humans have the wonderful opportunity to transform these energies, to truly meet with them to 'hear by feeling' them as energy so Love can give each listener their personal message. The energies are common, but the details are personal of how Love/Source presents them to us.

In Satsang it is easier to see the pathways and the energies as well as deep support to Be With the energies that rise.  However, it is not 'needed', it is just a support if you wish to give that to yourself or just to get the hang of it.  Or, as it does for many who do come, Satsang helps you to deepen into this way of Being With What Is that supports a lighter and more empowered way of Being as this wonderful amazing you that you are.
