Holy Sexuality

I am so happy to write to you all about this topic (Satsang Invitation for April 2021).  There has been such a taboo around our sexuality especially in regards to anything perceived as ‘Holy’…like Satsang.

Whether we are aware of it or not, we are being sexual in each moment. In every moment the feminine and masculine aspects of ourselves are together, in unison, as this incredible play of Infinity itSelf that each of us is.

The sexual energy is the creative force that we use to live and create our world. If this energy is free and allowed to flow through (and with) ourselves, then the living of life is a much happier experience.  

There is so much conditioning around hiding our sexuality. Hide it hide it!  Pretend it is not here!  And then, in sneaky moments, allow it to have a cranky play of itself, expecting it to be flowing and all nice like in the movies.  

Well, it doesn’t work like that. Whatever is held back, pushes back with equal force.

We have been conditioned to hold back our sexual energy, as if it is bad, as if not natural. Tons and tons of horrible things have happened because of tortured people repressing their sexual energy. The energy gets blamed instead of the conditioning that teaches everyone to hold it back, hide it, pretend it is not a part of ourselves. Even the conditioning is here naturally, out of our play of humanity as it has unfolded through space and time. However, we can meet this situation within ourselves, changing that conditioning from the inside out by allowing this energy to be freely at play.

You do not need anyone else to experience and bring your own sexuality into harmony. It is a matter of you yourself getting more and more comfortable with yourself and this aspect of ‘What Is’. Explore it, give it space, in your own way…get to know this aspect of Self through your own experience.

This life has been given to you specifically – this person, this mind, this body, this way of seeing life, this energetic play of Infinity – that you, and only you, receive in each moment. It is up to you, therefore, to give space for this beautiful, amazing part of being alive…to bring more and more harmony to that.  

The result of balanced sexuality (besides more fun, ease, flow and harmony)? More innocence.  
More recognition of your own innocence, and then, therefore, more recognition of everyone else’s innocence naturally happens.  
Does the world need this now? 

Open up to this topic and all that it might nudge alive inside to explore, to meet, to hear:  What does Love have to say about it? (By feeling it, not thinking about it).
